PULSE (Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement) is a project initiated by the Government of Punjab, Pakistan to develop a comprehensive land use strategy and urban policy for the province. The project aims to address the challenges of rapid urbanization, environmental degradation, and inefficient land use practices in Punjab.
